Blood Bank Daga Memorial Govt. Hospital started on Dated 20/08/1992. Then on Dated 22/05/2018 Daga Memorial Govt. Hospital Metro Blood Bank was started.

Treatment + Services
There are 2800 units collected at blood bank with full voluntary donations.
We are going to start component preparation. Metro Blood Bank fulfills requirement of blood units to our hospital and also provide blood units to other Govt. and Private Hospital as on when required.
Metro Blood Bank has done MOU with private blood bank since 2016 to provide blood component (PRC, Plasma, Platlets) to our Hospital. Metro Blood Bank provides blood units free to all ANC, PNC Mother, Sickle cell, Thallassamia and blood disorder patients.

Counselling is done to all donors and other people for blood donation and information on the importance of blood donation is given.
